Who we are
The Northern Way is a coalition of six community-driven housing organisations working across the North of England.
We transform long-term empty and neglected properties into high-quality, affordable homes. Our work empowers communities, creates jobs and skills, and helps people move out of housing distress — for good.
Our Mission
To create genuinely affordable, safe, and sustainable homes by bringing empty housing stock back into use — while including, training, and uplifting the people most excluded from the current system.
